THE SPACE
Tiny Away Stay – Laanecoorie Lakeside Park features a recreation room with billiards and table tennis, a playground, and a mini golf course. Here at our holiday park, guests can enjoy swimming, water skiing, fishing, gold prospecting, bushwalking, and more!

The cabin features 2-Bedrooms: main with a double bed, and other bedroom contains two sets of single bunks. It also has a verandah with outdoor seating and a private campfire for relaxing by the lake.

Fully self-contained, the cabin includes a bathroom, and separate toilet, reverse cycle air conditioning, free standing NEBO heater and a cosy living area with a TV, couch, and dining space. The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities, a full-size fridge, and a microwave for your convenience.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Tiny Away Stay – Laanecoorie Lakeside is located within a caravan park that includes other holiday homes and guests on the property.

Guests will have access to the accommodations and its amenities, the common area, reception, and the entire park.
- The park speed limit is 10KPH - No smoking inside accommodations - Quiet hours are from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban day. - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, lock windows and doors before leaving - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Please report any damage to park facilities or other guests’ property so we can promptly arrange repairs - Only a select Lakeview cabin is pet friendly. Please contact the park manager directly to check availability. A $30 pet fee per stay applies, payable at check-in. Pets policy applies. Park Rules - Fires only in designated pits. Must be attended and fully extinguished. Follow fire bans and check signage (Northern Country zone). - For the safety and comfort of all guests, illegal activities (e.g., unlicensed driving, unregistered vehicles, and possession of firearms or fireworks) are strictly prohibited. Any breaches will result in immediate removal from the park. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet. All pets must remain on a leash at all times. Failure to comply with pet policies may result in immediate removal from the park.
On-Site Convenience - We have a General Store on-site (at the Tiny Away Escape @ Laanecoorie Lakeside) has stocks essentials like daily papers, milk, ice, and fresh bread on weekends and holidays. Also offers basic groceries, fishing bait, tackle, and magazines. Other Convenience Store - Newbridge General Store & Post Office - historic store (est. 1855) selling groceries, takeaway foods, hardware items, and includes an ATM and post office. Restaurants and Café - Eddy's Garage - Burger Restaurant, Eddington - a tropical themed family friendly hamburger restaurant - Porcupine Village Golden Nugget Restaurant - located within the historic Porcupine Village. Porcupine Village is from a bygone era but we are proud to offer a menu that contemporary and modern Australian. - Bridgewater Hotel Loddon River - enjoy a drink in the renowned beer garden, with alfresco dining of locally-sourced cuisine Nearby Attractions & Essentials - Laanecoorie Weir - just a short walk from the park—ideal for boating, fishing, swimming, water-skiing, and walking. - Loddon Miniature Steam Locomotive Society - monthly miniature train displays (April to November). Regional Dining Options (within ~30–50 min drive) Note: These are a bit of a drive but useful for guests exploring the region. - The Woodhouse Bar & Grill (Bendigo) - a steakhouse offering local produce and an extensive wine list. - Whitby Bendigo - café and event venue serving breakfast, brunch, and lunch with great views of Lake Weeroona. - Cellar Door at Balgownie (Bendigo) - vineyard restaurant featuring seasonal Australian cuisine and wines.
