Bushland Haven by Tiny Away is a peaceful, pet-friendly retreat in Cashmore, just 12 minutes from Portland, the gateway to the renowned Great Ocean Road. Nestled amidst breathtaking natural scenery, our tiny house offers the perfect escape, where guests can enjoy whale watching, recreational fishing, and a variety of outdoor activities.

But, if you are in the mood for an adventure, a scenic drive will take you to Port Fairy. Then, journey through the picturesque Killarney Beach and the delightful Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village before arriving at the vibrant city of Warrnambool.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

LOCATIONS
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surroundings, except for the main residence and shed. To ensure a seamless check-in process for our rental services, kindly make arrangements at least 24 hours in advance. Here are the options available: - Rent 2 kayaks at $15 each per day. - Rent surfboards of various sizes at $30 each per day. Please note, that you'll need to arrange your own transportation for the surfboards.
- Firewood is available for an extra cost - Mobile phone reception has weak signals - Charcoal/over-the-fire BBQ Grill is available - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking allowed inside the tiny house, except outdoors - We have a free-roaming friendly dog that have a loud bark - Pets are allowed with 24 hrs prior notice. Pets must be leashed at all times—full policy provided before booking - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property. - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban period - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
