Brumbys Run by Tiny Away is a comfortable Warragul accommodation option, located just 6 minutes from town and an hour's drive from Melbourne.

Two private tiny houses share a communal BBQ, a fire pit, and a dedicated socializing space. It’s a great setup for two couples or a family group who want their own separate retreats by day and a shared fire to gather around once the evening sets in.

Nearby attractions include Civic Park, Hogget Kitchen, The Coffee Pod, Toorongo Falls, and the iconic Puffing Billy Train, all popular favorites among our guests.

This 190-square-foot tiny home features a lofted queen bed and a ground-floor couch that converts into a single bed. It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We would like to inform guests that the main house is quite separate from the tiny house. If you're interested, our property also hosts group events.

As an added note, there will be a second tiny house called "Brumbys Run," located just over 10 meters away, available with 24 hours' notice—ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.

Guest will have access to tiny home and its surroundings, including the car parking area provided. If you're looking to visit shops, this retreat is the closest accommodation in Warragul. SAFETY NOTICE: Guests are advised to keep an eye on their children at all times as the stairs to the loft are quite steep. Advisory: - Please note that the property is a function venue and has a noise curfew until 11PM every Friday and Saturday night.
- Wifi is not available - No smoking allowed on the property - STRICTLY No pets allowed - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Mobile reception is overall average, but good with Telstra - LOFT-TYPE UNIT. Safety Guidelines Provided Before Booking - Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property - We have an emu, horses, alpacas, cats, chickens, and sheep on our property - Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Important note: - Please note that outdoor fire pit is not available during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Please be advised that there will be other guests on site as there is another tiny house on the property - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Tiny house is approximately 300-400 meters away from the main house and a little over 10 meters apart from the other tiny house. It is not visible from the main house due to the tiny house is being surrounded by large trees. Tiny house has its own secluded area.
