Italy Farm Stay by Tiny Away places you in an olive grove in Pescosolido, just 1 hour and 45 minutes from Rome. It’s a peaceful countryside escape with Parco Nazionale d’Abruzzo, Lazio e Molise nearby, Centro Storico di Sulmona within a day’s trip, and Vallone Gole del Lacerno close at hand.

Stay in our tiny house in Italia, surrounded by olive trees and mountain air, and spend your days exploring trails, local trattorias, and charming nearby towns.

This 252-square-foot tiny house offers all the comforts for an enjoyable tiny house living experience, including easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities feature an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and an electric-heated shower.

Guests have full access to the tiny house and its surroundings. PLEASE NOTE: - WiFi is only available at the communal area. No WiFi connection at the tiny house. - There is a camping area nearby, so the property is not 100% private. Please expect to share the space with campers.
- Wifi is available - Charcoal BBQ grill is available - Mobile reception has good signals - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Smoking is allowed in designated areas of the property - Please note that extended stays or late check-outs will incur an extra charge - Pets are allowed, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Guests must provide 24 hours’ prior notice, and pets must be kept on a leash at all times. The full pet policy will be sent before arrival. Pre-order/Add-ons: - Breakfast is available at €7 per person. - Dinner is available at €18 per person. - Firewood is available at an additional €4 per pack. - Yoga sessions are available for €15 per person. - Walking meditation at the Posta Fibreno lake for €19 per person. - Horseback riding is available at a nearby ranch, just 15 minutes drive from the farm, for €45 per person. All pre-orders and activities listed above must be pre-arranged with the land host 24 hrs before arrival for a smooth check-in. Thank you. Important note: - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. This region is renowned for its rich food traditions, mountain villages, and convenient access to natural and cultural attractions.
