Lanyon by Tiny Away sits in the stunning town of Inman Valley, Australia. Just 1 hour and 20 minutes away from Adelaide, the tiny house is surrounded by woodlands, rolling hills, pastoral farmland, and a stunning view of Inman Valley.

Explore the region’s attractions like Glacier Rock (Selwyn’s Rock), Ingalalla Falls, Inman River Trail, Victor Harbor, Horse Drawn Tram, Granite Island and South Australian Whale Centre.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

Guests can access the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence. Advisory: - Please do not enter sheds at the top of the hill or paddocks with horses in them.
- No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Given the rural setting, children are not allowed - Potable water has an extra charge, and it will be replenished daily. - Please expect limited connectivity as the tiny house is set in a rural locality - Mobile reception is good for Telstra, other providers have weak or no signal. - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. Important note: - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Keep an eye out for snakes as the property is located in bushland areas - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property. Children are welcome under close adult supervision, including a safety guide sent prior to booking. - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
