THE SPACE
Mighty Fins Retreat 2 by Tiny Away is situated in the serene Escazeaux area of Southern Frances' Occitanie region, just an hour's drive from Toulouse. Our tiny house is nestled at the edge of a garden, it lies between a natural embankment and the swimming pool on level ground.

This 252-square-foot retreat offers a peaceful retreat, surrounded by scenic landscapes. It includes convenient access to water, a split air-conditioning system, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing mobile homes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there will be a second mobile home that sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

LOCATIONS
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the swimming pool (when in season). However, please note that the pool is not fenced, so it is the guests' responsibility to supervise children or infants at all times.
- WiFi is available - Pets are allowed by prior notice - Pets should be kept on a leash at all times - Wood or Charcoal BBQ grill is available at an additional cost - Mobile phone reception has a weak signal - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - No smoking allowed on the property - Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival - We have cats and chickens, so only cat/chicken-friendly dogs/animals are allowed. It is the responsibility of the guest to uphold. - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge. Safety guidelines - We would like to emphasize that if you plan to bring children, ADULT SUPERVISION is strictly advised to ensure their safety. Important note: - Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly - Due to the tiny home's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
