Nomad Nation by Tiny Away sits in a peaceful tiny house retreat in Mount Perry’s countryside, just 35 minutes from Gin Gin and only an hour from the lively city of Bundaberg Central. If you’re feeling adventurous, take a scenic drive to Burnett Heads, Bargara, and Coral Cove. These spots have sandy beaches, marinas, and beautiful views—perfect for a relaxing coastal getaway.

This 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, including the separate driveway leading to the main entrance.
- No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Please note that we have a dog and cat on the property - Breakfast is available for an extra cost and upon prior request by guests - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Important note: - BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
