Our tiny home is close just close to Grantville and only a 15-minute drive from Phillip Island, Victoria, this private farm stay offers a relaxing countryside escape while keeping local attractions within easy reach.

Your own private stretch of land invites wildlife sightings from locals or travellers. Start your day at Maru Koala and Animal Park or marvel at cuddly residents at Koala Conservation Reserve. Venture across to Churchill Island, watch fur‑floored walkways at Penguin Parade, and sip award‑winning drops at Purple Hen Winery or Silverwaters Vineyard.

The 139-square-foot tiny home includes water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking gear, and a private bathroom. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

LOCATIONS
Guests have full access to the tiny house and the outdoor area surrounding it. Most of the property is available for use, except the area around the owner's residence and nearby sheds. Preorders are available with 24 hrs notice from host: - Guests receive two complimentary bottles of water , tea and coffee. - Continental breakfast may be available for $15 per person, depending on your booking dates. Please check with us in advance. - Firewood is available at $15 per tub. If you’d like firewood, please book in advance or feel free to request more during your stay.
- Wifi is available - Gas BBQ grill is available - The property is suitable for kids - Mobile reception has good signals - Pets should be kept on a leash at all times - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Smoking is allowed in designated areas of the property - Please note that more extended stays or late check-outs will incur an extra charge - Only (2) pets are allowed. Additional pets may incur a fee. This is a pet-friendly property; full pet policies will be sent prior to arrival. Important note: - For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. Cosy, homely tiny house in a great location. The bed and pillows were firm and comfy, and it was nice to see the baby sheep grazing through the day. Mark was a very helpful host. Pup and I had a great stay. Thanks Mark.
