Ridge Hill 2 by Tiny Away is a place where history meets rock ‘n’ roll. Situated in Dartford, UK, the town is famous for the iconic Dartford Crossing, a vital road link, and its proximity to the River Thames. What's more, this charming spot boasts a legendary connection to The Rolling Stones, as the birthplace of rock icons "Mick Jagger and Keith Richards."

We’re just an hour’s drive from London, with Central Park only a 12-minute walk away. Craving a quick bite? KFC is nearby, or you can unwind at The Flying Boat. For your everyday needs, ALDI and other stores are just around the corner.

This cozy 252-square-foot tiny home is located at the bottom end of the back garden, offering easy access to water. It features split air conditioning, a queen-sized bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (electric-heated for hot showers).

Important note: - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
