Sunflower and Bloom by Tiny Away is a pet-friendly Agriturismo Italy retreat located within the Metropolitan City of Rome. Enjoy a tiny house living experience in a fully levelled clearing at the edge of a wooded hillside, surrounded by trees and native vegetation, with private views of a lush green valley. It’s an ideal escape for low-impact travellers seeking an authentic countryside experience with the perfect balance between easy accessibility and deep immersion in nature.

This 252-square-foot tiny home features a queen-sized bed for two adults, easy access to water, split-system air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and a bathroom. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste tank, a hand basin, and an electric-heated shower.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Sunflower & Bloom 1 is 200 meters from the main house, while Sunflower & Bloom 2 is about 150meters away. The two tiny houses are 50 meters apart from each other.

LOCATIONS
Guests can access the tiny house, vegetable garden, animal cages, and swimming pool. All of these areas are fenced. Preorders are also available with 24 hrs prior notice: - Charcoal BBQ grill available. - Italian breakfast €10/person; lunch and dinner à la carte.
Please note that payment of city tax of €3.50 per person per night is required. Booking is not inclusive of city tax. Kindly make payment to your host onsite. Thank you! - Pet-friendly accommodation - Mobile phone reception has good signal - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - We kindly ask guests to do waste separation and recycling - Please note that there are other accommodation on the property - Free Wi-Fi: All nearby networks belong to us, mainly near the main building. - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Strictly No Smoking inside the tiny house and the main building. Smoking is only allowed outside the tiny home and buildings. NOTICE TO ALL FURPARENTS: - Pets are allowed with 24 hours’ notice. Only dogs are permitted on the property, with a maximum of 1 pet per booking. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. The full pet policy will be provided before arrival. Guest Advisory - Italian law (Art. 703 CC) prohibits open fires in or near inhabited areas. - As we are located within a wooded park, wildlife such as wild boars, foxes, and porcupines are present, especially at night. These animals are generally scared off by noise and lights; for this reason, guests are strongly advised not to leave food outside. Important note: - Open fire is not allowed during a total fire ban. - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
