Tiny House Big View 2 Boneo by Tiny Away sits near the quiet suburbs of Boneo, on the Mornington Peninsula in Melbourne. Hawkes Farm, The Epicurean, and Rosebud Plaza are just a few of the recommended attractions our vacationers enjoy.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"Tiny House Big View 1," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.

Guests will have access to the property and its surrounding areas, except the land host's private residence and main farm tracks.
- Mobile reception is good - Outdoor firepit is not available - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Keep in mind that there is an electric fence in operation. - Please be advised that we have livestock (and noise) on our property - Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - We recommend bringing your own supply of drinking water, especially for longer stays or active days. While complimentary bottled water is provided, tap water is not suitable for drinking, and additional water may be needed beyond what's supplied. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

Our local recommendations: - Hawkes Farm is a family-owned business that grows the best produce on the Peninsula. - Greens Bush National Park is a popular tourist attraction for walking tracks, plants, and wildlife. - The Epicurean is a highly recommended restaurant situated within the winery region and hinterland of Red Hill.  - Rosebud Plaza is a shopping centre that provides easy and accessible items to locals of Rosebud and Mornington. - Mornington Peninsula Accommodation is also one of the few neighboring locations with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and fascinating attractions.

Overall, we had a great stay. The communication with the host was excellent and the setting is exceptional (great view and exposure to wildlife). The downside is the accommodation is very basic and there are no frills with this one (no milk in the fridge, proper coffee, or any nice touch as a welcome, Just the most basic essentials). You are paying for the setting, not the accommodation. Is it worth it? Dunno. If it was below $250 I would thoroughly recommend.

Martin's place is beautiful, a respite from the hustle bustle of the city. The tiny home was perfect for 2, comfortable bed, nicely stocked kitchenette, and if like us you're lucky enough, you'll get to see some beautiful animals around, the tiny Cheddar and a pair of adorable llamas. Martin was very helpful, and the home is a nice base from where you can enjoy the Mornington region.
