A Sprout of Happiness

Story by Santiago Gonzalez Redondo

Nestled amongst the vast olive groves and the tall eucalyptus forest, Little Sprout at The Grove was the idyllic place to unwind and reconnect with the simple life through the sounds and smells of nature.

The cabin’s refined wooden design and the personalized attention to detail made us feel cozy and at home from the moment we arrived.

A variety of home-made nibbles and spices and a conscious selection of biodegradable washing products are a clear show of the owner’s support to local businesses and commitment to sustainability.

We were blessed with a sunny mild weather to allow us to enjoy the outdoor areas of the farm; whether it was having breakfast by our doorstep, setting up a picnic to watch the sunset or sipping on a cup of tea under the light of the stars.

The farm is located in a secluded and quiet area though only a short drive away from local grocery stores, vineyards and little coastal towns that are worth visiting and tasting their delicious culinary options.

We stopped late in the morning at the “Bayside Lady” in Inverloch where we were delighted by its tasty menu and charming backyard. They offer a wide variety of options in their menu suitable for any dietary requirement and a lovely atmosphere from part of the staff.
