What Tiny Inja lacks in size, it more than makes up for in character and warmth. The wonderful hosts - Taryn and Heinie - breed Labradoodles so if you're lucky enough to visit during their breeding season, you might find little balls of fluff exploring the grounds. They're also a fountain of knowledge for the local area, so pack your boots, your dog snacks and get ready to explore. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. I'm sure we can all agree that apples are great. However, I'd argue that they're even better as cider. Bilpin Cider Co. sits, believe it or not, within the beautiful region of Bilpin, surrounded by stunning orchards thanks to the incredibly rich soil. Bilpin Cider Co. is the perfect trip for a laidback Sunday afternoon as you're treated to live music and various apple-based creations. They also have a cellar door so you can stock up on your favourite ciders before heading back to Sydney. I've visited the Blue Mountains many, many, many times and was shocked that I'd never got the chance to visit the Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens...until now. The Blue Mountains Botanic Garden is the only botanic garden in Australia located within a UNESCO World Heritage Area. The 28 acres of pristine garden is full of local and imported cool climate plants and alpine rainforest, streams, lakes, and a view to die for.
